🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park 3-4 vehicles in the driveway in front of the house.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your designated property, Unit A, is on the second floor. After parking, kindly make your way to the left side of the home and use the stairs to access your unit.

📍To unlock the door, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open it.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The laundry area is situated in the bathroom.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The Wi-Fi router is located at the unit below.

Feel free to reach out to us if you experience any problems with the internet connection.
The breaker box is located outside on the side of the unit, just beneath the stairs.
The hot water control panel is located outside on the side of the unit, just beneath the stairs.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is placed on the knob of the screen door at the entrance.
