🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍The parking area in the driveway is shared by both Units A and B.

📍The assigned parking spot for your unit is located on the right side of the driveway.

NOTE: Street parking is prohibited in the area.

NOTE: To secure temporary overnight parking, the permit can be purchased for $4 per night at

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is Unit B. To access it, go through the small gate on the right, and the main entrance door is the white one on your right.

📍To lock from outside, Enter your access code in the door lock. Rotate the lever to open the door. Once closed, door will auto-lock.

NOTE: For security, guests should always leave the door lock in an auto-lock position.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is located in the kitchen area of the main house.

Feel free to reach out to us if you experience any internet-related issues.
The breaker box is placed on the wall near the door of the bathroom area.
The hot water tank is located inside the main house, next to the fridge, and can be found inside the door next to it.

The broom, vacuum, and mop are located in the laundry area.
