🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍The parking area in the driveway is shared by both Units A and B.
📍The assigned parking spot for your unit is located on the left side of the driveway.
NOTE: Street parking is prohibited in the area.
NOTE: To secure temporary overnight parking, the permit can be purchased for $4 per night at
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved property is the front house. Please enter through the front door by pressing your given access codes in the keypad and rotating the thumbturn away from the door edge.
📍To lock from outside, press the SCHLAGE button and rotate the thumbturn toward the door edge.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is located in the kitchen area, close to the door leading to the laundry.

The breaker box is located at the rear of the home, on the far left side when facing the unit.

The hot water tank is located beside the fridge, inside the door next to it.

The broom, vacuum, and mop are located in the laundry area.
