🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Street and driveway parking are available. For your safety, we suggest you use the driveway in front of the unit to park up to 2 cars.

📍The gate code is 5688. The gate automatically closes after a minute and opens again when exiting with a car.

📍Street parking is prohibited on Thursdays from 7 am-12 pm due to street cleaning schedule.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To gain access through the front door, please follow these steps: Touch the keypad to activate it, then enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol to unlock the door. Then, rotate the handle to open the door.

Trash bins are placed in the side yard. Trash pickup days are every Friday.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard kitchen appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
