🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park about 3-4 cars in the driveway.

📍To open the gate, please push it manually.

📍On-street parking is an option for extra parking, but be aware that it comes with restrictions.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To gain entry through the front door, first touch the keypad to light it up, then enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol and finally rotate the handle to open the door.

📍The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
