🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍 There is free parking for 1 vehicle on the RIGHT side of the driveway. Please refer to the photo below.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is UNIT C, a garage turned guest house unit.

After parking, please enter through the side gate. Once inside, there is a door on the right which is labeled Unit C.

📍To unlock the front door, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and rotate the handle to open the door.

Note: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The property has split AC unit.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry area is shared among guests from units A, B, and C.
You can find the laundry area in the back of the main house.
A laundry detergent and bleach will be provided for you.

Trash bins are placed in the side yard.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The sub breaker panel is in the bathroom behind the mirror
