🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Parking is available in the driveway, which can accommodate 2-3 cars. The driveway is located at the rear of the property, directly in front of the garage.
Note: Parking in the garage is not permitted.
📍On-street parking is an option for extra parking, but be aware that it comes with restrictions.
No Parking in front of the house on Fridays from 7am-11:30am for street cleaning
In front and across No Parking on Mondays from 11:30am-3:30pm for street cleaning
No Parking on the side of the house on Mondays from 11:30am-3:30pm for street cleaning
To the side and across No Parking on Fridays from 7am-11:30am for street cleaning.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍To enter the home, you can use the main door at the front of the house.
📍Alternatively, if you park your car in the driveway, you can enter through the back door.
📍 To unlock the door, touch the numbers to light up the keypad, then enter your access code. After that, press the Schlage button to unlock.
📍 To lock the door, simply press the lock icon.
HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller. The controller is located in the bedroom hallway.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The main breaker is located at the rear of the home. When facing the back door, it is on the right side of the house.

The Wi-Fi router is positioned behind the sofa in the living room. When standing with your back to the TV, it is located on the right side.

Hot water is located in the laundry area; it's the door next to the machines.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency.
