🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Your parking spot is located in the back of the property right beside of your unit, marked by the yellow line on the ground. Only 1 vehicle can be parked.

📍To park your car inside, please pull up in front of the gate and enter the gate code sent to you.

📍The gate will automatically slide open until it detects that the wheel of your car is not touching the second line on the ground.

📍For additional parking space, on-street parking is readily available. Just please be mindful of the street cleaning schedules.

  • Tuesday, 7 am - 11:30 am: No parking across the street.

  • Monday, 7 am - 11:30 am: No parking on the side of the house.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit, Unit E, is situated at the back of the property. When facing the duplex home, your door should be on the left side.

📍To gain entry, approach the front door, press the SCHLAGE button on the keypad, and then enter your given access codes.

📍To lock the door from the outside, press the SCHLAGE button. A green check mark will illuminate to confirm that the door is now locked.

📍To lock and unlock from the inside, simply rotate the thumbturn.

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

  • Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.

    Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

    Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

    Black trash bin - General waste

  • The breaker box is located inside the king bedroom closet.

  • The hot water tank is located in on the premises of the other unit (Unit D).

    The hot water control panel is behind the master bedroom door, and guests can access it.

  • The electrical panel is located on the left side of the garage, attached to the wall next to the window.

  • You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

    Vacuum and broom - The bedroom closet

Please leave used beds unmade.

Power

Turn off all electrical appliances, stove, heater, lights, etc.

Furniture

Put back any rearranged furniture to its initial position.

Ensure to lock the doors and windows.
