🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Your parking spot is located in the back of the garage and in front of your unit. Look for the yellow line on the ground to identify the designated parking area.

📍To park your car inside, please pull up in front of the gate and enter the gate code sent to you.

📍The gate will automatically slide open until it detects that the wheel of your car is not touching the second line on the ground.

📍For additional parking space, on-street parking is readily available. Just please be mindful of the street cleaning schedules.

Tuesday, 7 am - 11:30 am: No parking across the street.

Monday, 7 am - 11:30 am: No parking on the side of the house.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your designated property, Unit B, is located in the back of the main house. You can enter by pressing the SCHLAGE button followed by your given access codes.

📍To lock the door from the outside, press the SCHLAGE button. A green check mark will illuminate to confirm that the door is locked.

📍To lock and unlock from the inside, simply rotate the thumbturn.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The Wi-Fi mesh is located in the living room, switched near the couch.
The breaker box is located outside of the unit. When facing the unit, it is on the left side of the property.
The hot water control panel is located on the exterior of the unit, positioned on the left side of the property when facing it.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum and broom- are placed in between the fridge and washing machine.
Mop - It is placed in the garage, next to your unit's front door.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency.The lockbox is located on the left side of the house, in the parking lot.
