🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Your parking spot is in front of the garage, marked by the yellow line on the ground.

📍To park your car inside, please pull up in front of the gate and enter the gate code sent to you.

📍The gate will automatically slide open and will remain open until it detects that the wheel of your car is not touching the second line on the ground.

📍 The gate automatically closes when your wheel is not near the second line on the ground.

📍For additional parking space, on-street parking is readily available. Just please be mindful of the street cleaning schedules.

Tuesday, 7 am - 11:30 am: No parking across the street.

Monday, 7 am - 11:30 am: No parking on the side of the house.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved property is the front house, Unit A. Please enter through the front door by pressing the SCHLAGE button followed by your given access codes in the keypad.

📍To lock and unlock from the inside, simply rotate the thumbturn.

📍To lock from the outside, press the SCHLAGE button. A green check mark will illuminate to confirm that the door is successfully locked.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry room is in the garage. A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The wifi router is located in the living room, positioned at the back of the TV.
The breaker panel is located in one of the bedrooms, behind the door.
The hot water control panel is located on the left side of unit B, towards the rear of your unit.

Vacuum - The bedroom closet

Mop and broom - Located at the garage, the entrance is at the back.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. Located on the right side of Unit A.
