🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park on the driveway, but please be mindful not to block the black gate.

📍For additional parking space, on-street parking is readily available. but please avoid parking in the following places during these street cleaning schedules:

7:00-11:30 AM Mondays - sidewalk by the property
7:00-11:30 AM Tuesdays - sidewalk across the street

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved property is the front house. Please enter through the front door by pressing your given access codes on the keypad, then rotate the lever to open the door.

📍Upon closing the door, the locking mechanism will be engaged automatically.

The unit has split AC.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry is located at the back of the unit.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The wifi router is placed on the tv stand in the living room.
It is located at the rear of the home, when facing the property it is at the left side.
The hot water tank can be found near the rear exit of the house.
