🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park up to two cars in the driveway.

NOTE: The garage is off-limits.

📍 Additional street parking is readily available with no restrictions.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍The front door has a lockbox with a key to the house. Please check your email for the lockbox code.

Note: The lock will automatically engage once the doors close.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please get in touch with us.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
Trash bins are placed in the side yard. Trash pickup days are every Thursday.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The hot water tank is located inside the garage.
The breaker box is located in the backyard. When you are facing the home, it is on the left side.
The lockbox contains a backup key to the house for emergencies.
