🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍There is a parking spot for 1 vehicle at the parking area of the building.
📍The parking space is located on the right side of the building when facing it.
📍Upon arrival, drive up the driveway and park in the designated spot labeled "E”. You can easily spot the letter on top of the car port
Note: Please park your car facing the wall to prevent damage to your vehicle from the overhanging cabinet.
📍For additional parking, you can park on the street.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in-person at the Alhambra Police Department.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:
Side of the house: 8 AM -11:30 AM on Mondays.
Across the street: Noon - 3 PM on Mondays.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved unit is part of an apartment complex, and you'll be staying in Unit E.
📍Once you have parked your car in the carport, proceed to the door in front of you. Turn left and continue walking straight. Your unit is located on the second staircase from the parking area. Climb up the staircase, and your unit will be on the left side, marked as unit “E”
📍If you park on the street, you can access your unit by going to the left side of the building entrance when facing it. Your unit is located at the first staircase; the door is on the left and is marked as unit “E”.
📍To unlock the door, simply enter your access code. To lock it from the outside, just press the lock icon.
TO ACCESS THE LAUNDRY AREA
📍 Simply enter your access code, followed by the ‘#‘ sign, then turn the knob to open.

The unit has a wall and split AC.

The laundry room is located in the garage area of Unit A's parking space and can be accessed using the door code3030#. When facing the garage, it is the door on the left.

Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities.
Guest use is available from: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM.
Last wash starts at 8:00 PM to ensure all laundry is completed by closing time.
The laundry room will automatically lock at 9:00 PM.
We kindly ask that you respect these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.

The Wi-Fi router is placed behind the plant in the living room area, near the AC.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

There is a lock box that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is placed at the upstairs railing near the front door

A friendly reminder for smokers: Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in a can, bottle, or trash bin. Do not leave them on the driveway.
Smoking is not allowed on the property premises. If you'd like to smoke, please do so in front of the property on the sidewalk facing the street. Thank you for your cooperation!
