🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Driveway parking is available for up to two (2) cars.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍 Your reserved unit is A and it’s a two-story home. After parking your car, please enter through the main door on the right side when facing the house.

📍To unlock the door simply put your access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

  • The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

  • Trash bins are normally located in the parking area.

    Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

    Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

    Black trash bin - General waste

  • A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

  • The breaker is located in the back unit which is inaccessible to the guests.
