🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍This unit includes one designated parking space, located directly in front of the unit.


📍Please ensure that your vehicle is parked within the blue lines at all times. This is important to prevent obstructing the driveway, ensuring convenience for everyone.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in-person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:

Side of the house: 12:30 AM - 6:00 AM on Wednesdays.

Across the street: 12 AM - 6 AM on Tuesdays

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved house, Unit B, is the middle unit.

📍To unlock the door, press any button to wake up the keypad and turn on the light. Then, enter your access code and press the checkmark button ✅.

📍To lock the door, press and hold the 🔒 lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The unit has split AC.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

    The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

  • The home is equipped with a Wi-Fi mesh, which is located near the TV stand.

    The main router is not accessible to guests.

    If you encounter any issues, please call our Customer Service hotline.

  • The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

  • The furnace in the living room is NOT WORKING.

  • The sofa in the living room can be made into a bed.

  • Trash day schedule: Monday

    Trash bins are typically located at the side of the unit, near the parking area.

    Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

    Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

  • The breaker box is located on the side of the unit, in the laundry area.
