🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Your parking spot is in the back of the property in front of the garage door seen below.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in-person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00-11:30 am, and noon to 3 pm.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the detached house in the back of the property.

📍To unlock the door, enter the access code sent to you.

To lock from the outside, press the button with the lock icon.

The unit has split AC.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

NOTE: After turning the washer on, please turn OFF the Energy saver setting.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
The hot water control panel is located in the kitchen area, mounted on the wall.
