🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Your parking spot is in the driveway in front of the main house.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in-person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00-11:30 am, and noon to 3 pm.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is at the back of the main house. After parking, please walk down the driveway and enter through the white door by the stairs.

📍To unlock the front door, simply touch the keypad to activate it. Enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and then rotate the handle to open the door.

Note: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The unit has split AC.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

NOTE: After turning the washer on, please turn OFF the Energy saver setting.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-fi mesh is located in the living room, placed on the TV stand.
The breaker box is located in the bedroom, inside the closet.
The hot water tank is placed on the right side of the home when facing it, next to the laundry area.
