🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Free parking is available in the backyard.

📍Your designated parking space is in front of your unit which is labeled “guest house” in the photo below.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in-person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited every Wednesday on both side of the street

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is at the back of the main house. You will need to pass through the driveway and enter the brown gate.

📍Please enter the door facing north by pressing your given access code in the keypad plus the Ultraloq button below the keyhole

📍The locks automatically engages after it touches with the door.

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The guest house has a split AC unit.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

    Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

  • Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.

    Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

    Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

    Black trash bin - General waste

  • The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

  • The breaker box is positioned near the entrance gate, to the right side when facing the unit.

  • The router is located at the front home.

  • When facing the unit, the hot water tank can be found on its left side.

  • You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

    Vacuum - At the side of the fridge.

    Mop and broom -Located outside the property, it is typically placed in front.

  • There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located under the electrical panel; when you're facing the unit, it is on the right side.
