🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Parking is inside the property. Use the keypad on the right side of the gate, enter code 1579, and the gate will open. Park in front of unit 28.
📍For exit, stop at the white line for the gate to open.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:
No Parking Tuesdays 12 pm-3 pm (On the side of the house.)
No Parking Tuesdays from 8 am - 11:30 am (Across the street)
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍The unit is a back house. Upon arrival, enter gate code C1579 the property is toward the end.
NOTE: If you've entered the wrong code or are having trouble getting in, press the 'C' button to reset or clear the code.
📍Enter your user code into the door keypad and rotate the lever.
NOTE: For security, guests should always leave the door lock in an auto-lock position.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guest use is available from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM and again from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
We kindly ask that you respect these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The breaker box is located at the rear of the home.

The hot water controller can be found in the bathroom area, under the towel rack.
The primary hot water controller is situated outside the unit, on the side of the home.Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is placed at the pipes in front of the home.
