🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in the driveway in front of the gate.

📍Your designated parking space is on the left side when you are facing the gate. The parking for unit 26 B is much closer to the gate and should be a diagonal parking.

NOTE: Kindly refrain from parking your vehicle inside the gate.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:

  • No Parking Tuesdays 12 pm-3 pm (On the side of the house.)

  • No Parking Tuesdays from 8 am - 11:30 am (Across the street)

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is Unit B, situated beside the main home, and it's the second door from the gate. Upon arrival, enter gate code 1579, then turn the handle to open it.

NOTE:
If you've entered the wrong code or are having trouble getting in, press the 'C' button to reset or clear the code.

📍 To access the front door, just touch the keypad to illuminate it, enter your access code followed by the '#' symbol, and then turn the handle to open it.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

  • 📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

  • The laundry room can befound on the side of the garage, next to your unit.

    Laundry detergent and fabric softener is provided for you.

    Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guest use is available from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM and again from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

    We kindly ask that you respect these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.

    For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.

  • Trash bins are placed in the parking area.

    Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

    Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

    Black trash bin - General waste

  • The Breaker panel is situated between the bathroom and the king bedroom.

  • The hot water tank is positioned on the side of your home, situated between your unit and the garage.

    Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

  • There is a lock box that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is located at the bottom of the grill handle to the front door.

    Please contact us for the lockbox code.
