🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Driveway parking is available for up to three cars. One car can park outside of the gate if needed, and also the two cars can park inside of the gate.
NOTE: Please do not block the sidewalk.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:
No Parking Mondays 12 pm-3 pm (On the side of the house.)
No Parking Mondays from 8 am - 11:30 am (Across the street)
📍The unit is along the road. To access the main door, enter your given access code.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍To open the gate, pull the lever and the gate at the same time.
📍To close it, pull the lever again and push the gate if you're inside the driveway parking.
NOTE: The gate must be opened and closed manually. Please do not leave it open—keep it closed at all times.
📍To unlock the unit door simply put your access code.
📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

The house has a split-type conditioner, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are normally located in the parking area.
Trash Day - FridayBlue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

The electrical panel is located in the driveway parking area, attached to the unit's wall.

The hot water tank is located at the back of the unit, on the right side after exiting the back door.
