🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Free parking is available in the back lot of the property.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00-11:30 am, and noon to 3 pm.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍If you’re entering from the parking lot, please enter through Unit 1507 (gate on the right).
📍If you’re entering through the front door, please enter through the left green door.
To unlock, press the SCHLAGE button followed by your access code.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

Trash bins are placed in the back lot parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - The bedroom closet
Mop and broom - Located on the side yard

The breaker box is located in the second bedroom (bedroom with 2 beds) right behind the door.

The hot water control panel is located in the side yard right beside the patio furniture.

The wifi router is located inside the laundry room.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located under the hose near the brown gate.
