🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Free parking is available in the back lot of the property.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00-11:30 am, and noon to 3 pm.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍If you’re entering from the parking lot, please enter through Unit 1505 (gate on the left).
📍If you’re entering through the front door, please enter through the right green door.
To unlock from the outside, press the SCHLAGE button followed by your access code.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The home is equipped with an Air purifier

The WiFi router is located behind the couch in the living room.

The breaker box is located in the second bedroom (bedroom with 2 beds) right behind the door.
The main breaker is located at the backyard, near the patio sets. -
The hot water control panel is located on the neighboring unit's side yard.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - The bedroom closet
Mop - Located on the side yard

There is a lock box that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located under the hose near the wide brown gate.
Please contact us for the lockbox code.
