🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Driveway parking is available for up to three cars. Please park inside the white line on the left.
NOTE: One car will be parked on the far right side of the driveway, reserved exclusively for the front house tenant. Please avoid parking in this area for the convenience of all.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍The unit is a back house. Upon arrival, please proceed to the gate on the right side.
📍To enter, please input the gate code 3156, and then turn the handle to open it.
NOTE: If you've entered the wrong code or are having trouble getting in, press the 'C' button to reset or clear the code.
📍To unlock the door simply put your access code.
📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

Trash bins are normally located in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.

The electrical panel is located at the far end of the home from the front entrance door.

The hot water control panel is located at the back of the unit.

To reset the router, guests must go outside to the electrical panel and reset the "router" breaker.

When in the driveway, the NEMA plug is located on the left side of the home near the small gate when facing the unit.
A Tesla Mobile Charger Cable will be available for guests to use, placed inside the coffee cabinet in the dining area.

The backup key to the house, in case of emergency, is located in a lockbox within the pipes outside the unit, on the wall in the driveway.
