🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Free parking is available in the lot across the street from the property.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00-11:30 am, and noon to 3 pm.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Unload your luggage by the street or driveway.

📍Park your vehicle in the lot across the street.

📍Head to the back of the main house driveway and enter through the double black french door entrance under the patio.

📍To unlock the door simply put your access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The unit has split AC.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

    For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

  • Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.

    Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

  • You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

    Vacuum - At the living room area

    Mop and broom -Located outside the unit, at the side of the laundry machines.

  • The router is located in the storage area; however, guests have no access to it.

    Please contact us if you encounter any issues with the internet.

  • There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located near the electrical panels
