🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Free parking is available in the lot across the street from the property.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00-11:30 am, and noon to 3 pm.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Unload your luggage by the street or driveway.
📍Park your vehicle in the lot across the street.
📍Proceed to the front house and enter your access code in the door lock. To lock the door from outside, press the lock icon.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - At the twin-bedroom closetMop and broom - Located at the rear of the home, close to Unit B.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is located at the bottom of the grill fence near the front door.
