🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍 You can park your car on the left side of the driveway in front of the small gate. Take note that only one vehicle is allowed to park in the driveway.

NOTE: Please avoid parking in front/near the home.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:

No Parking Mondays 12 pm-3 pm (On the side of the house.)
No Parking Mondays from 8 am - 11:30 am (Across the street)

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is at the back of the main house.

📍Upon parking your car in the driveway, proceed to the gate and enter your access code into the door lock. Rotate the lever to unlock the door. Once closed, the door will automatically lock.

📍To access the main door, simply touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the '#' symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open it.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

You're welcome to use the washer and dryer. When in use, please remove the cover and kindly put it back when you're done.

The washer and dryer are positioned outside the unit, right by the entrance gate.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

Vacuum - placed inside the closet.
Mop and broom - Located outside, at the back of the front unit, near the laundry area.
The breaker box is located in the living area, under the split AC, behind the wall decor.
The hot water tank is located outside, near the laundry area at the back of the front home.

The router is located at the front unit.
Feel free to pick and enjoy 2 to 3 pieces of fruit during your stay. However, please be mindful not to take more, as we want all guests to have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits. Also, kindly avoid picking unripe fruit.
To operate the umbrella, simply use the lever and rotate it.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency.
