🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍 One vehicle can park for free in the driveway in front of the main house.
NOTE: Please avoid parking in front of the small gate.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved unit is the main home.
📍Upon parking your car in the driveway, proceed to the front house. To unlock, simply enter the access code provided.
📍To lock the door from the outside, press the lock symbol.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Sink - The small sink near the fridge is for liquid waste only, NO FOOD waste. -
The laundry area is located near the kitchen, next to the wine fridge.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us. -
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

We have a NEMA 14-50 plug that is shared between both units on a first-come, first-served basis.

To operate the umbrella, simply use the lever and rotate it.

The Wi-Fi router is located in the kitchen area, mounted above the kitchen sink.

Kindly refrain from feeding the fish.

The controller for the ceiling fan in the patio area is located inside the master bedroom.

Feel free to pick and enjoy 2 to 3 pieces of fruit during your stay. However, please be mindful not to take more, as we want all guests to have the opportunity to enjoy the fruits. Also, kindly avoid picking unripe fruit.

The fireplace is NON-FUNCTIONAL.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is located at the bottom of the steel front gate.
