🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Only street parking is available for this unit.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:
No Parking Monday 8:00 am- 11:30 am (On the side of the house.)
No Parking Monday from 12:00 pm - 3:00 am (Across the street)
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍The house is part of a triplex, and your reserved home, Unit B, is located at the rear of the front house. You’ll need to enter through the white gate.
📍To enter, please input the gate code 4367X, and then turn the handle to open it.
NOTE: If you've entered the wrong code or are having trouble getting in, press the 'C' button to reset or clear the code.
📍To unlock the front door, enter your access code.
📍To lock the door, simply press the lock icon at the bottom right of the keypad.

The house has split AC/heat throughout the unit, which can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on. -
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Fridge: The water dispenser does work, also we provide a water filter for your convenience. -
A laundry detergent will be provided for you. The laundry area is located at the back of the house.
To access it, go through the gate. When you’re facing the front of the unit, the gate is on the left side of the house. Once inside, follow the path to the rear to find the laundry area.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Prime.

The hot water panel is located at the rear of the home, near the laundry area.

The lock box is located on the left side of the house when facing the front, near the entrance.

The lockbox contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency.

The main router is located inside the TV cabinet.
