🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Parking is available only on the paved area. Please ensure the driveway remains clear at all times.
📍For additional parking, on-street parking is an option, but please be mindful of any parking restrictions in the area.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:
No Parking Monday 8:00 am- 11:30 am (On the side of the house.)
No Parking Monday from 12:00 pm - 3:00 am (Across the street)
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍 The house is part of a triplex, and your reserved unit is along the road, specifically the front house (Unit A).
📍To unlock the door, enter your access code.
📍To lock the door, simply press the lock icon at the bottom right of the keypad.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on. -
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Fridge: The water dispenser does not work, but we provide a water filter for your convenience. -
A laundry detergent will be provided for you. The laundry area is located at the back of the house. To access it, use the gate code 4367X.
To access it, go through the gate. When you’re facing the front of the unit, the gate is on the left side of the house. Once inside, follow the path to the rear to find the laundry area.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Prime.

The hot water panel is located at the rear of the home, near the laundry area.

The lock box is located on the front side of the house, securely placed on the plant box near the entryway. The lockbox contains a backup key for emergencies.
