Job Description: The Property Management Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager and providing administrative and customer service support with the daily operations of the real estate properties. 

AI Integration Skills - appreciation for AI tools, ChatGPT for problem-solving, and operational efficiency.

  • Prompt Construction: Ability to create effective prompts to elicit desired responses.

  • Custom Instructions: Proficiency in utilizing and implementing custom instructions for specific tasks and interactions.

  • Application: Understanding practical uses and integration of ChatGPT to enhance productivity and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage lease agreements and other legal documents.

  • Create and update property listings on various rental platforms.

  • Communicate with prospective and current tenants to handle inquiries and schedule appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information and property details.

  • Assist with rent collection and follow-up on late payments.

  • Support property manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course.

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a real estate office environment.

  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software e.g. DoorDash

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
