Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support.

  • Create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, conferences, and other events.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to internal and external queries.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, memos, and other documents.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will possess above-average proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to manage complex data sets and create compelling presentations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, project management, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related or comparable field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and dynamic presentations.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

  • The candidate must be able to provide any of these IDs (i.e. passport and driver’s license) and open a bank account that can receive a salary through Wise.com, should they be successfully hired by the company.
