Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Processing: Efficiently process mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and support staff to facilitate smooth transactions and provide excellent customer service.

  • Attention to Detail: Thoroughly review loan documents and data to maintain accuracy throughout the loan process, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in loan processing is preferred, as well as a strong understanding of mortgage lending practices and regulations.

  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulously reviews loan documents and data, with a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.
