Position: Housekeeper

Office locations: Alhambra & Azusa City

Service area: Greater Los Angeles and San Bernadino (From Alhambra, Pasadena, Monterey Park through Ontario)

Responsibilities: 

• Clean and maintain short-term rental properties according to established guidelines and standards.

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.

• Change linens and towels, and replenish necessary home supplies.

• Inspect properties for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to management.

• Work efficiently, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality of service.

• Follow all company procedures and protocols, ensuring client satisfaction and property security.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.

Job Summary:

We are a growing cleaning and operations company seeking dedicated and reliable housekeepers to join our team. We are looking for both independent 1099 contractors and full-time employees to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our properties.

Our ideal candidate is a team player who is also comfortable working independently, does not require constant social interaction, and is thorough, self-disciplined, and careful.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail, commitment to high-quality work, and a focus on client satisfaction.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined.

• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs of the business.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to report any property issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Independent 1099 contractors

• Must have a valid California business license.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain general liability insurance.

• Ability to provide necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Adherence to California 1099 labor laws.

• You will be paid an average of $20-24 an hour.

• Must have transportation and equipment.

• The cleaning schedule depends on guests checking out during the week, and new cleaners will initially work in different units before settling into designated properties. Workload may vary based on the seasonal demands of the hospitality industry.

Full-time housekeepers

• You will be paid $17-19 per hour as your starting salary.

• Transportation, cleaning supplies & equipment are provided by the company.

• Consistent weekly hours (minimum 24-40 hours per week)
